Joel Latham is the CEO and Managing Director of Incannex Healthcare and is responsible for the Company’s commercial operations, strategic decision- making, and oversight of all clinical development assets. Joel has over 15 years commercial management and executive experience, working for a range multi-national publicly traded companies.

Troy Valentine has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since December 2017. Troy is a finance professional with extensive managerial and Board experience. He has significant corporate and capital raising experience, especially with start-ups and small to mid-cap size companies. He is currently a director of Australian boutique corporate advisory firm Alignment Capital Pty Ltd, which he co-founded in 2014.

Peter Widdows is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Australian and international consumer goods markets, and has worked as a senior executive in numerous countries around the world, including Europe, US and Asia Pac. including a role as the Regional Chief Executive Officer — Australasia and Greater China at the H. J. Heinz Company. Peter is also the Chairman of Sunny Queen Australia Ltd, and is also a Non-Executive Director of Youi Insurance Holdings Ltd.

Dr Anastassov is responsible for APIRx commercial operations, strategic decision-making, and oversight of all clinical development assets. He is one of the developers of the first-in-the world cannabinoid-containing chewing gum-based delivery system among a number of other systems and formulations. Previously, he was CEO and co-founder of AXIM Biotechnologies, which achieved an all-time-high market capitalization of approximately US$1.2B.

Robert Clark is currently the Vice President, Regulatory Affairs for Novo Nordisk in the United States. He joined Novo Nordisk in 2012 after spending over 20 years at Pfizer in roles of increasing responsibility in the regulatory field. Robert has over 35 years of US and global regulatory experience. Under his leadership, his regulatory teams have received US FDA approvals for a large number of medicines across various therapeutic areas.

Mr. Changoer is responsible for the Company’s R&D, clinical and product development, commercial operations, quality assurance, Sales and Marketing of technical, consumer healthcare and pharmaceutical products. He has co-developed several cannabinoid patents.

Dr Bleackley has a PhD in Genetics from the University of British Columbia with post-doctoral training at La Trobe University and Australian biotechnology company Hexima Ltd. As Chief Scientific Officer, he oversees all research and development activities at Incannex, from proof-of-concept to commercialisation.

Madhukar “Madhu” is an experienced company secretary who has previously worked with multiple ASX-listed companies and is proficient in corporate governance, company administration, financial management and corporate law. Madhu also has significant business and management experience including roles as general manager and corporate administrator. Madhu was the managing director of Colortype Press for a period of 8 years where he was responsible for the overall management of the business.

Dr Asvadi has a PhD in antibody engineering and more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, non-clinical and clinical development of biotherapeutics, as well as regulatory applications. Dr Asvadi oversees Incannex’s regulatory activities, with specific focus on chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC).

Joseph has 8 years of accounting and corporate experience in a diverse range of industries. Joseph commenced his career at Deloitte and has since held a range of finance and commercial positions with publicly listed companies and private companies.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Dr George Mbogo has a PhD in Pharmaceutical Biochemistry from La Trobe University with Post-Doctoral training at the Burnet Institute Melbourne Australia. George has clinical research industry experience attained at Nucleus Network Ltd and Medpace Australia Pty Ltd. As a Senior Research and Development (R&D) Associate at Incannex Healthcare Limited, he contributes to the advancement of all existing and new drug development programs from proof-of-concept to commercialisation.

Pia Kroner is the Clinical Research Coordinator at Incannex Healthcare Limited working on design and development of clinical trials for Incannex's new drugs. She has a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science with Honours from La Trobe University and experience in running phase I clinical trials in the clinical unit.

Amanda Sallama, a Research and Development (R&D) Associate at Incannex Healthcare Limited, is working on the design and development of clinical trials. She has a bachelor in Pharmaceutical Sciences, from RMIT University. Amanda’s previous Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) experience brings a great skillset that contributes to the team to advance Incannex’s research and development programs.

Vicky Zhang, Personal Assistant to CEO at Incannex Healthcare Limited, has more than 10 years professional experience in PA and Admin field, providing comprehensive supports to senior management groups. She has a master’s degree in risk management from Monash University. Vicky takes a board range of administrative responsibilities to the team.

Kalani is a Financial Accountant at Incannex Healthcare and works closely with the Finance team. Kalani has previously worked at a Quantitative Fund and has a master’s in finance from Curtin University.
